Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Parties & Acceptance
QuickDeploy (the "Service", the "Platform") is a brand operated by Neqtor, Inc. (the "Company", "we"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Company and any individual or legal entity ("Customer", "you") that registers for or uses the QuickDeploy platform.
By registering for or using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuickDeploy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides small and medium-sized businesses with industry-specific corporate websites and an admin panel to manage them. The Service is provided for the term you choose (1 to 60 months) and includes hosting, domain management, backups and updates.
The scope of the Service varies by the selected plan (Starter, Standard, Pro, or any other plan introduced later); current scope and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must create an account with accurate and truthful information to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
- The Service is offered to businesses engaged in commercial activity; you confirm that you are acting on behalf of your business, not as a consumer.
4. Free Trial
New customers are offered a 30-day free trial. No fees are charged during the trial period. If you choose to continue after the trial, you pay for your selected plan and term; if you choose not to continue, your account simply ends at no cost.
5. Subscription & Fees
- The plan fee is charged once per term (1, 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months, as chosen), and covers access to the Service for that term.
- Automatic renewal is opt-in: if you turn on "auto-renew" at checkout or later from the panel, your saved card is charged the same amount again when your term ends, extending your access. You can turn auto-renew off at any time from the panel; if it's off and your term ends, you'll need to pay manually to continue.
- Your payments are collected directly by Neqtor, Inc., the company operating the Service, using Stripe, Inc. as the payment processor.
6. Hosting & Domain
All websites under the Service are hosted exclusively on QuickDeploy's own infrastructure, to ensure speed, security and consistent maintenance; a self-hosting option is not offered. You may purchase your domain through QuickDeploy or connect an existing domain to the Service. In either case, domain management happens through the QuickDeploy panel, and you may initiate a transfer request from the panel at any time; the request will be processed within a reasonable period.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the text, images and other content you upload to the panel ("Customer Content").
- The Platform's software, panel interface, templates and infrastructure belong to the Company; you are granted only a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service.
- We are granted the right to host, display and back up your Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent content or content that infringes the rights of third parties,
- Attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or carry out similar security breaches,
- Excessively or abusively use the platform infrastructure in a way that affects other customers' sites.
Violating this clause may result in suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.
9. Backups & Service Continuity
The panel offers manual backup and restore before making changes. In addition, the Company keeps regular system backups as part of standard operating security; however, these backups do not constitute a guarantee, and the Customer is responsible for taking their own backup before significant changes.
10. Termination & Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription from the panel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current license period.
- When your license expires and is not renewed, your site is placed in a read-only state for 30 days; during this period you may request an export of your content. After 30 days, the site and associated data may be taken offline.
- In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Company's total liability is limited to the license fee paid during the subscription period in which the relevant event occurred.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the panel. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, you can reach us through the support channel in the panel or the contact details on our website. The Service is operated by Neqtor, Inc. under the QuickDeploy brand.
