The QuickDeploy platform is a brand operated by Neqtor, Inc. (the "Company", "we"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data we collect from you while you use QuickDeploy. The data controller for your personal data is Neqtor, Inc.

3. How We Use This Information
- To provide the Service, manage your account and keep your panel running,
- To handle billing, renewal reminders and respond to your support requests,
- To improve and secure the Service (including detecting abuse),
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Payment Information & Stripe
Your payments are processed through our payment infrastructure provider, Stripe, Inc.; the seller is Neqtor, Inc. Your card details never reach us; they are processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can learn about Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Sign in with Google
If you choose to log in using "Sign in with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account through Google's sign-in service. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your QuickDeploy account — we do not request or access any other Google data (such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts), and we never use this information for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies
Our website and panel use essential cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as your theme and language choice). This preference data is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not share your data with third parties except in the following cases:
- With Stripe, Inc., for payment processing,
- With SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), for sending account, payment and notification emails,
- With Cloudflare, Inc., for content delivery and security,
- With Google LLC, if you choose to use "Sign in with Google",
- With our domain registrar, NameSilo, LLC, if you request a domain purchase or pointing through the panel,
- With our hosting and infrastructure providers, solely to deliver the Service,
- Where required by law or requested by a competent authority.
Some of these providers (Stripe, SendGrid, Cloudflare, Google) may process your data on servers located outside Turkey, under their own data protection commitments.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal obligations (such as invoicing records). Your site content is deleted at the end of the period described in the account-termination process (see Terms of Service, clause 10).
9. Your Rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and general data protection principles, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction of your data, and request that these actions be communicated to relevant third parties.

10. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls and regular backups. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is a B2B product aimed at businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from them.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the panel.
